Terms of service

These terms govern your use of zonepin.tech and the ZonePin Fleets and ZonePin GPS services provided by ZonePin Technologies Private Limited. By using them you agree to these terms. For ZonePin Fleets, a signed order or plan agreement takes precedence where it differs.

ZonePin provides GPS tracking devices, software and related services. Features vary by product and plan, and we may improve or change them over time.

Keep your login details secure — in ZonePin GPS, your phone and the one-time codes sent to it — and make sure the information you give us is accurate. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the people you give access to.

• Use ZonePin only to track vehicles and assets you own or are authorised to track.
• Inform drivers and other people whose location may be tracked, and obtain consent where the law requires it.
• Do not use ZonePin to stalk, harass or unlawfully monitor anyone.

Tracking depends on device installation, power, GPS reception and mobile network coverage. Location and alert timing can vary with these conditions.

ZonePin GPS: tracker and renewal prices are on ZonePin GPS pricing and in the app before you pay, in Indian rupees including GST. Everything is paid in advance. Each tracker includes its first year of tracking; after that you renew its subscription in the app.

• You get reminders before a subscription ends, and 5 days’ grace after it ends. Then the vehicle is suspended: live tracking, trips, reports, alerts and engine commands stop until you renew, except that you can still restore the engine and cancel a queued command. Data from the tracker is still received and kept for the usual periods in our privacy policy.
• If you have not renewed 30 days after the suspension, the tracker’s SIM is temporarily disconnected; 5 days later the disconnection is permanent, and the tracker then needs a new SIM.
• Cancellations and refunds follow our refund and cancellation policy, and delivery our shipping and delivery policy.

ZonePin Fleets: fees, billing and renewal terms are set out in your order or plan.

ZonePin is a tool to help you monitor vehicles; it is not an emergency service. To the extent the law allows, our liability for ZonePin Fleets is limited as set out in your order or plan agreement.

You may stop using the services at any time. In ZonePin GPS you can delete your account in the app (Settings → Delete account); the privacy policy explains what that removes and what we keep. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
