Live tracking & alerts
Your whole fleet, moving in real time.
Watch every truck, van, bus and bike as it moves — speed and ignition included, fuel where the tracker reads it — and let rules you set decide who hears about what, and when.

What you get
See everything that moves, act on what matters.
Live fleet map
Every vehicle’s position, speed and ignition on one map, updating every few seconds — plus fuel level from trackers that read it (OBD-II or a fuel sensor).
No-code alert rules
Choose a trigger, add thresholds and AND/OR conditions, set when it applies and to which vehicles — one, a group or all of them. No developer needed.
Alerts on every channel
Email, mobile push or in-app — each person gets alerts where and when they want them.
SOS always gets through
When a driver presses panic, it cuts through every quiet-hours setting and reaches the people on call.
Trip replay
Scrub through any journey and compare the road actually driven with the route that was planned.
Dry-run before go-live
Try a new rule against last month’s data first and see exactly what it would have caught.
Real screens
Live tracking & alerts, in the app.
Captured from the ZonePin Fleets web app’s demo workspace. The vehicles, drivers and places are sample data.

Alerts
Hear about it while it still matters.
Every reading from every vehicle is checked as it arrives, so the things worth knowing reach you first — a zone breached at night, fuel that vanishes without a trip, an engine fault before it leaves someone stranded.

Hardware
Teltonika trackers, ready to go.
ZonePin Fleets reads Teltonika’s FMB (2G) and FMC (4G LTE) trackers out of the box — compact hardwired units, plug-in OBD-II trackers and models with data interfaces — so every vehicle lands on the same map. Running other hardware? Talk to us before you fit it.
- A first vehicle on the map as soon as its tracker reports in
- Your whole vehicle list imported from a spreadsheet
- Demo data to explore before the hardware turns up
- New or replacement devices ordered through a support ticket

FAQ
Common questions.
A GPS device in each vehicle reports where it is, how fast it is going, whether the engine is on — and, with an OBD-II tracker or a fuel sensor, how much fuel it has. ZonePin puts all of that on one live map and adds zones, alerts and reports, so you can see how the fleet is used and where costs creep in.
If they are on our supported list, yes — nine Teltonika models work out of the box, and the supported trackers page names each one. For other hardware, talk to us before you fit it. If you need new trackers, order them through a support ticket.
Your workspace is ready within a minute of signing up, and a first vehicle appears as soon as its tracker reports in. Import the rest from a spreadsheet, and use demo data while you wait for hardware.
