Because it optimises the whole fleet together rather than route by route, it cuts total distance. Each route reaches the rider’s phone at once, with turn-by-turn directions. Yes. Create a public live tracking link for the trip and send it. The customer follows the vehicle live without needing an account. Your team watches each run against its plan, with arrival times that keep updating, so dispatchers can give customers times that hold. If a rider strays from the route, your team gets an alert.
